An afternoon full of new impressions, exciting information and warm encounters. That's the best way to describe our visit to Raiffeisen Landesbank Steiermark in Raaba. The invitation to this event was not only a special honour for us but also offered us the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the working world of one of our most important partner companies.
We were greeted very warmly upon our arrival. The welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by refreshing drinks and delicious food, made us feel at home right from the start. This open and professional reception provided the perfect setting for an informative afternoon.
We began by presenting our training company and providing an insight into our current projects and how we implement entrepreneurial thinking in a school context. This was followed by a varied and informative programme of presentations by Raiffeisen Landesbank Steiermark:
- An overview of the Raiffeisen brand and its values
- A detailed presentation on the topic of pension provision, which plays an important role not only in planning for the future, but also in everyday working life
- An exciting presentation from the HR department showed us the opportunities Raiffeisen offers as an employer and the development opportunities available to employees.
Each item on the agenda was clearly structured, explained in an understandable way and provided space for questions, which were answered competently by the speakers. This enabled us to gain many new insights and develop a better understanding of how a modern financial institution works and is organised internally.
A special highlight was the conclusion of the afternoon: a raffle with a JBL Partybox as the main prize. This exciting moment was a source of great joy and rounded off the programme in an entertaining way.
We look back with gratitude on an inspiring, informative and enriching visit. The combination of technical content, practical insights and personal exchange made this afternoon a valuable experience for our entire team.
