The management serves as a role model for teaching and learning in our practice company, organizing courses, guest lectures, and training days. It leads strategy seminars at the start of each semester and continuously develops the UniLine company together with students. It supports departments in overcoming challenges and achieving goals. Our motto, inspired by Pestalozzi, is: "A dynamic practice company with mind, heart, and hand.
