The World Café - what a unique event!
The World Café is an important event for our practice firms. On 19th November 2019 all employees of eXpand and KFUNIline came together for a meeting in a coffee-house-setting, which enabled an inspiring exchange of all departments.
During the World Café the team leaders were moderating discussions within a small group of participants of all, different departments. Before a group moved on, they were able to write down their ideas and notes on the poster, to give the next group incentives for further discussions. Due to the casual atmosphere and the small informal groups, it was very easy to exchange ideas, to learn from each other and to discover links between different divisions.
