At the end of February, our current team members of the UniLine Practice Enterprise came together for a two-day strategy meeting — this time in Graz, surrounded by nature and fresh perspectives.
The focus of these two days was to deepen our understanding of the pedagogical idea behind the Practice Enterprise, strengthen our collaboration, and grow together as a team. Through open discussions, reflection rounds, and team-building activities, we were able to look behind the concept of PE and develop a shared vision for the upcoming semester.
One of the highlights was our group walk through the Leechwald – a chance to connect in a more informal setting, share thoughts, and simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere outside the usual work environment.
We would like to thank the entire team for their openness and energy, and especially the management for their support and guidance throughout the seminar. We’re looking forward to putting our shared ideas into action and growing further – together.
