As this semester is slowly coming to an end we would like to take a look back at our time working at eXpand.
Challenged with the Covid-19 pandemic we had an entirely different starting experience. We attended the first online strategy seminar in the history of practice firms at the University of Graz. Subsequently, the online setting and home office accompanied us for the entire semester. Therefore, we would like to thank our Management Team for enabling us to work, learn and grow despite of this pandemic. They made this possible by setting up an online course for this special type of learning format. In addition, they supported us when needed and provided deeper insights in all facets of a practice firm - especially the pedagogical point of view.
One of this semester’s highlights was our Online Trading Day as many national as well as international practice firm participants came together to trade and connect with each other. We would like to thank everybody who participated in the practice firm market and kept it running during this challenging year. Most importantly, we would like to thank our customers, partners and sponsors.
While we never had the chance to meet in person until now, we still grew together as a team. This was possible because everybody did their best to communicate, cooperate and to contribute. Our team work was an enriching and strengthening experience. Without doubt, we helped each other to achieve our goals and broaden our horizons.
Thanks to everyone for granting one of the most intense learning experiences of our studies so far.
We ended our last meeting with a creative little quiz, consisting of questions under the topic Best of Practice Firm to take a little look back on our semester. In addition we are also very happy to finally have the possibility to meet in person at a little closing get together.
