Feedback

A positive feedback culture promotes the personality, the willingness to learn as well as the productivity and joy of the teachers and students. It supports cohesion and guarantees open and honest dealings with each another. Continuous feedback on learning and working processes is not only important for the students. The teacher also gets an insight into the quality of her or his teaching. Social and personal skills are strengthened and promoted so that feedback can be handled well in later life. This is why we always give feedback to our team members.

In order to be aware of environmental protection and digitalization in today's world, we provide a new paperless feedback method in every meeting. Since all of our meetings are currently taking place online, various digital tools are used to provide real-time feedback. Another advantage of the paperless methods is that they allow us to pursue a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach.
