The strategy meeting of the practice firms eXpand and KFUNIline took place on October 1st and 2nd 2015 in the beautiful surroundings of Eastern Styria in Schielleiten. Getting to know each other better, learning to work as a team and exploring the advantages and challenges of practice firms were one of the main issues of our strategy meeting.
The Management put a lot of variation into this two-day event - from the approach of how theory about practice firms was conveyed to students to sporting activities as well as teambuilding processes. Besides theoretical input on the teaching method “practice firm”, students also got an insight and first-hand experience of an interactive and dynamic way of teaching.
This meeting laid the foundation for a successful cooperation within and also between the practice firms for the upcoming semester. The students are ready now to contribute to the set goals and further develop their practice firms.
