Practice Firm World Café

The World Café is an important event for our practice firm. On 13^th November 2018 all employees of eXpand got together for a meeting in a coffee-house-setting, which enabled an inspiring and problem-solving-based exchange of all departments. The team leader of each department had prepared a poster, which was representing his or her department and they were moderating discussions within a small group. Before a group moved on, they were able to write down their ideas and notes to give the next group incentives for further discussions. Due to the casual atmosphere and the small informal groups it was very easy to exchange ideas, to learn from each other and to discover links between different departments.
