On Tuesday, the 18th January, we had the great opportunity to spend an online session with Franz Gramlinger from OeAD, who is the leader of RQB. Mr. Gramlinger gave us an insight into the world of quality management and its importance for schooling. We discussed about what quality is and who is responsible for that. We also learned about QMS, the quality management system and why it’s necessary for our school system.
