Once again, the eXpand International Consultancy GmbH took part in the QualityAudit 2018-2019. We are proud to announce that the eXpand International Consultancy GmbH has been awarded the quality audit certification for another two years.
Quality is changing over time – therefore also the work in the practice firms is subject to constant changes and further developments. In order to keep the level of quality management as high as possible practice firms use the continuous improvement process to design their business processes in such a way that they can participate as reliable business partners in the practice firm market.
As part of the certification process, all active practice firms from Austria, which are registered in the commercial register, can undergo a quality audit. To be certified, practice firms need to fulfil 24 criteria.
Current trends in the economic world such as the topic of "Smart" with the areas of digitization, sustainability and social sensitivity were taken into account in the creation of the new catalogue of criteria.
