KFUNIline and eXpand at the 50th International Practice Firm Fair in Essen
It was a truly special event for the international practice firm community which took place in Essen, Germany, from November 17-20th, 2014. More than 180 practice firms from 23 countries seized the opportunity to exhibit their businesses at the 50th International Practice Firm Fair in Essen. Visitors could experience the world of practice firms, which can be described as a particular economic system of over 7,600 practice firms worldwide with all different sorts of business cases.
Amongst participants at the fair were nine delegates from the department of Business Education and Development at the University of Graz, who represented the two practice firms eXpand and KFUNIline, as well as the county of Styria and the Styrian practice firm landscape.
Well in advance of the fair, the project teams were busy developing special offers, strategies for on-site invoicing and attractions such as a wheel of fortune, where visitors could win a discount on their purchase. The challenge was to ensure a smooth workflow on-site and to make sure that both practice firms were presented in the best possible way.
When the fair finally started on Tuesday morning, both Pandas and KFUNIliners set out to succeed in their mission to communicate the benefit of their products to customers. Additionally, valuable contacts to international practice firms, e.g. from the US, Belgium or Romania, were established.
Thanks to the engagement of the delegation in Essen and the project teams in Graz, both KFUNIline and eXpand succeeded in not only meeting, but outperforming the sales targets that were set in advance.
