Our practice company in the SS 2019: Teamplayer not just for one semester.
What do basketball and eXpand/KFUNIline have in common? Playing and working needs well attuned, motivated and strong teams for success. And that's why basketball and many other group dynamic games were on the program of the strategy seminar on the 27th and 28th of February 2019 in Schielleiten.
For the practice firms eXpand and KFUNIline, the students should grow together to give their best in the individual teams in the summer semester 2019. In addition to the team building activities, there was also a lot of information about the structure of our practice firm as well as general information about practice firms in schools.
Dr. Elisabeth Riebenbauer and Dr. Gernot Dreisiebner underlined the importance of the ÜFA as a place of learning and business. They explained the interaction of strategy - structure - organization and quality management.
In order to prevent group formation and to keep it exciting until the end, the divisions into the individual departments were announced at the end of the seminar.
