Team building is one of the key components for the success of any organization. A strong team can move mountains and achieve peak performance together. But how do you build an effective team? We had the opportunity to experience this in a two-day seminar in Schielleiten with our practice enterprise.
In order to bring everyone up to the same level of knowledge about what a practice enterprise is and what players there are, we started with some theoretical inputs. In addition to this theoretical content, the sport sessions and the team building activities showed us how we function as a team and what is important to achieve joint success.
Many thanks to our management, who organized the seminar in a great way and thus created a perfect basis for a successful semester in the practice enterprise.
