This year we, the new employees of the UniLine Practice Enterprise, were once again able to attend an exciting strategy seminar at the beautiful Schielleiten Castle. Over the course of two days, we focused intensively on team building and mastered challenges together. We also explored the theoretical foundations and history of the Practice Enterprise, as well as the pedagogical concept behind it.
A special situation this semester was the first-time accompaniment of some alumni from the previous semester. As we only had six members this semester, their contribution was particularly valuable. We would like to thank them warmly, because without their support the seminar would only have been half as enriching. This allowed us to also benefit from their expertise from the Practice Enterprise.
We would also like to thank the management for organizing the strategy seminar. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to grow even closer together as a team and emerge from the seminar even stronger.
