The Raiffeisen Landesbank is partner of our two practice enterprises eXpand and KFUNIline. Due to that, we got invited to the headquarter of the RLB in Raaba to get to know each other better. We visited them to be informed about what issues our partner is dealing with in these rapidly changing times and what impact the current times are having on us and on the market in general.
In the last years and especially since the corona pandemic the society changed a lot. Values like sustainability, innovation, new work, solidarity, connectivity and shaping the future become more and more important to everybody. This change in values has also a big impact to the market, the employer market and therefore also to the brand Raiffeisen.
Furthermore, we talked about investments and financial education and that these issues are becoming increasingly meaningful, especially also for young people. The type of investment has changed significantly in the last 20 years, young people hardly ever demand the traditional savings book and are more interested in cryptocurrencies and e.g., investments in Exchange Traded Fund (ETFs). And we see our role as students of business education in constantly raising our awareness of the needs of our future students and in the environment of our practice enterprise for the needs of our customers.
