On Tuesday, we held a World Café at our practice enterprise—a lively and interactive meeting format focused on exchange and collaboration.
Each participant represented their department and prepared its current status. The results were then presented and discussed with the others. In each round, one person stayed as the host while the others moved between tables. This created a dynamic exchange of ideas and perspectives. The key results were recorded on posters.
The goal was to better understand each department, identify interfaces, and improve cooperation. The discussions helped clarify open questions, brought new perspectives on existing problems, and led to practical solutions.
Overall, the World Café was a success. It strengthened our teamwork and showed how valuable open communication is.
